Experience was OK. I ordered on a Thursday and was unable to have the flowers delivered until the following Monday. The container for the flowers was not as nice as the one shown in the "premiere" advertisement. The chocolates were a box of Russell Stover Pecan Delights (which thankfully my mom loves) not the luxrious box as shown in the picture. All in all, I would say good experience was acceptable but overpriced for the product that was actually received. I will still continue to use Bryan's in the future.
Such a great experience! Easy to order from the website, delivered early the next morning and even received a photo of the flowers. Will definitely use Bryan's Flowers going forward.
